Hello my dearest friends and familia this is Sister Lockhart here surrounded my tiny ants and sweating buckets but we are doing SO good. Thank you for the love and prayers. We need it!

This week was one of the fastest I've had so far. I swear I was just writing last weeks emailing informing you all that GOD LOVES YOU AND HAS A PLAN FOR YOU IF YOU FOLLOW HIM! Hopefully, you all took that to heart because it's true! So much love we can't even comprehend! Even when we struggle to make decisions or have faith in Heavenly Father, he still loves us.

Wouldn't it suck if every time we doubted God, he doubted us? Doubted our capability to do hard things? That would be awful right? But imagine having an all-loving, all-merciful Father in Heaven who loves those that curse him. How flippin cool.

I read a talk this week in one of my personal studies entitled Agency vs. Revelation (I think) It's from the YA section of the April 2019 Ensign. Soooo good. Go read it. But I'll just tell you about it so you can read about it twice ;)

The author talks about how when we make decisions we rely on the Lord for answers. Which is true, we do. We are confused, so we pray for guidance. We need help choosing which school we should attend, so we pray for guidance. A lot of the times though, we fail to see that there's another role our Father in Heaven plays when it comes to helping us make decisions. And it so happens to be the kind we don't really like. Silence!!! You know when you pray and ask for help with an important decision and you have a deadline to make that decisions and then the deadline comes and you still don't have an answer from God so you panic and just make the choice? Yes, I'm talking about that time. We all do it. It's human nature to want what we want, right then and there. If it's too hard to get what we want we just move on to something else. Because its EASIER that way. But HOLD ON! I'm about to blow your mind and make you rethink how you think.

The next time you receive silence to a fervent prayer that's very important to you, don't hesitate when the decision needs to be made. Just make it! If you're afraid that the benefits of choosing "route A" won't be there if you choose "route B" yOu ArE wRoNg. Newsflash!!!!!! The blessings FOLLOW YOU! YOU are the Child of God and YOU are loved and cherished by your Father in Heaven so when it comes to that point where you have absolutely no idea what to do and you haven't gotten an answer....take a leap of faith. Make the decision yourself. Heavenly Father understands and makes it happen the way it happens so we learn! And grow! And make big girl and big boy decisions! "But if God wants me to just make a decision then why doesn't it seem obvious which one to choose?" Well, that's because sometimes, we have to act alone. Act alone in the sense that you use your agency! The God-given gift we are so blessed to have. You have the ability to choooooose! And how amazing that no matter what route you choose, if you are following the commandments, staying true to sacred covenants, and being a disciple of Christ, those promised blessings of "Route A" will be along the road of "Route B" because even though you took a different street, YOU remain the same. Heavenly Father wants us to be happy and he will never keep blessings from us, no matter the Route :-)

SO COOL. I hope that helped at least one person in their next decision-making process. Don't ever be afraid of silence. Because it's in silence that the Holy Ghost does his job.

Love each of you heaps and heaps. There's no better place than right here right now, to start following God. Make the choice. And take that leap of faith, trusting that blessings will follow :)

Read Saints and PLZ read the Book of Mormon. Christ will come again soon, and it will get really scary and really wicked. Even more, than it already is. Be as prepared as you can. I believe the Savior will call us so we need to be prepared to recognize His voice.

Enjoy this beautiful Thanksgiving week and I dare you all the write down 30 things you're grateful for. Without including food, water, your house, your job, etc. Think deeper ;) ALSO, tell someone you work with how grateful you are for their hard work, it'll make their day and yours as well!!

LOVE YOU<33

Love Sister Lockhart from the Doooown Under :-)

----> Here's me and my comp with our Christmas card we made at RS, a sneaky photo Sister Carroll got of me taking a PHAT nap (notice my tan lines), the beautiful sky, a beautiful sister in our Branch, the Savior picking us up when we fall, and in case any of you forgot how good the Lakers are, here's a reminder of the RING$ BABY

Ps. I had fish eggs for dessert last night. So I can literally take on any of you. "WE'RE HAVING WHAT!"
