Hi everyone! I hope you all had a great week and were able to take my challenge and talk about the gospel more in your day to day life!!

It's starting to get very humid and it's pretty rough being sticky as soon as you walk outside. 

Today we had district pday and we played beach volleyball and then some fun games all together it was so awesome. I'll try to send a video.

I don't have much time today but I want to share the importance of knowing your role here on earth. 

God loves us. And that love cannot be comprehended. Imagine how much you love your children, or your friends or your dog. It's a lot. I know it's a lot for me. And then multiply that by like a bajillion. And then like 5 million and a half more. That's Gods love for us. It's crazy! And because he has so much love for us, He provides a way for us to be happy and to recognize our purpose. We've got so many resources around us. Scriptures, each other, conference talks, sacrament meeting, and PRAYING! 

Praying is so important. I probably say like 17 prayers every day here. And that's compared to when I would remember to do it back home. I've come a long way and because of that, I've been able to recognize how much God loves me and how much he wants me to be happy. Despite the fact that bad things happen. Yeah, it sucks. But He'll never ever ever give us a trial we can't overcome. So next time you think, "This sucks. How am I suppose to get through this? There's no way." Remember that God knows you can do it. Because he's seen you do it already. He knows how everything plays out and if He doesn't give us anything we can't handle....then what's stopping you from getting through the trial??? NOTHING!!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!!! I promise you with every fiber of my being that God loves each of you. And that He is the answer. There are so many beautiful promises that come just from praying. So pray. When you're sad, pray. When you're angry, pray. When you're discouraged, pray. When you need help, pray. When you're scared, pray. It's the answer. And if you have that prayer in your heart, if you don't have the time to sit there and pray, Heavenly Father hears you and knows you and loves you. So if you have the SINCERE DESIRE to receive an answer because you have faith you'll get one, you will. I promise. 

So try it. I promise it works.

Okay, I love you all and enjoy your coming week. Eat lots of food because the portions here are tiny and they only have small cereal boxes. Family size isn't a thing sooo enjoy it for meeeeee.

Parker informed us on her call home that she is improving on her street contact. Super scary but getting the hang of going up to total strangers and asking them if they would like to know about the Church Of Jesus Christ.

She mentioned their district goal is to make 20 spiritual conversations per day and that they have been doing really well on their goal. Paula (in picture three) is an investigator who is married to a member. She is super excited about the gospel and has been to church but never stays long because her husband is allergic to the spirit and wants to leave. Or so he says he is. They are there to teach Paula not her husband. In fact, she and her companion were told to not worry about her husband and his allergy to the spirit. While teaching Paula she felt inspired to make one statement to him after the lesson had ended. It was, 'The spirit would never tell you anything negative. It is there to help and guide you not lead you astray or prevent you from being at church or having the spirit with you." Parker loves her mission and continues to grow and we are so proud of her.
